Likewise, Peter Parker and a couple of his friends go to the festival to unwind for the afternoon. But when an army of rats attacks a festival goer at the midway, the fun is over! The web-slinger doesn’t know who is behind the attack, but the star-spangled avenger recognizes the modus operandi of…Vermin! The issue includes a six-page essay (with alternative covers) describing the development of the photo cover.
