Part 1 of the 3-part ‘The Tyranny Gun.’ In the first 3-part story, the Martian Manhunter leads the New Titans’ Nightwing, along with Aquaman, Green Lantern and the Flash, on a mission to prevent a doomsday device from destroying a Caribbean island torn by rebellion. Complicating matters is the presence of a formidable new super-villain called Blitz, who was hired to protect the underworld interests of the island’s ruthless drug lords.
