This issue reprints the strips from December 2, 1940 – January 23, 1941. The sinister Krome uses modified toys as murder weapons. When Tracy and Pat set off one of his bombs, they are surprised by the killers gang. But it turns out Kromes girlfriend Kitty is just as deadly, to both Tracy and Krome himself.
