The dead are rising from their graves  – some of them with super-powers! A human atom bomb from the Cold War has resumed his personal war with the former U.S.S.R., and a floating ghost carrier ship filled with dead Russian soldiers and super-spies is fighting back. Can the Authority stop them before somebody starts WW III?
